We want you to love your Alex Mill pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, including the packing slip inside before sealing the package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund's progress.
